Details
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
(salary dependant on experience)
Work location: Lytham Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR4 1AH

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting day to day business operations and ensuring that clerical tasks are managed efficiently.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical duties, from record keeping and invoice management to stock control. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Process invoices and support financial tasks using Xero
-
Assist with stock management, including ordering supplies and stock taking

Provide clerical and general administrative support to the wider team

Answer calls, emails, and handle basic correspondence as required
-
Support colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks
About you
-
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
-
Confident using Google Drive and Google Documents and ideally experience with Xero (training can be provided)
-
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
-
Able to work independently and manage priorities
-
Good communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude
