Details

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

(salary dependant on experience)

Work location:  Lytham Road, Preston, Lancashire, PR4 1AH

Job type: Full-Time - 40 hours per week + available overtime

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, supporting day to day business operations and ensuring that clerical tasks are managed efficiently.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical duties, from record keeping and invoice management to stock control. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.

Position details

  • Job type: Part time

  • Hours: 2 days per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm

  • Location: Warton, Preston, Lancashire

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems

  • Process invoices and support financial tasks using Xero

  • Assist with stock management, including ordering supplies and stock taking

  • Provide clerical and general administrative support to the wider team

  • Answer calls, emails, and handle basic correspondence as required

  • Support colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks

About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Confident using Google Drive and Google Documents and ideally experience with Xero (training can be provided)

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and manage priorities

  • Good communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude
